Get Certified on EmbayLMS

Embay Academy is free training on EmbayLMS, run by Embay. Consultants, partners and anyone who wants to prove their EmbayLMS skills can register, follow a track and earn a certificate.

Already work for a company that uses EmbayLMS? You don’t need to register. Open your company’s platform, select your avatar (top right), then Embay Academy. Your training is already waiting for you there.

1. Create your account

1. Go to academy.embaylms.com/register.

2. Enter your first name, last name, email and a password (at least 8 characters).

3. Under Your track, choose the training you want:

   Track	For people who…
   Administrator	set up and run an EmbayLMS platform
   Manager	follow and grow a team’s training
   Instructor	teach courses and run live sessions

4. Select Create account.

2. Confirm your email

We send you an email. Open it and select the confirmation link. The link works once, for 24 hours. If it expired or never arrived, use Send me a new link on the same screen or on the expired-link page. A new link replaces the old one.

When you confirm, your track is added to your account.

3. Follow your track

1. Sign in at academy.embaylms.com.
2. Open My learning. Your track is there, with its courses in order.
3. Go through the lessons. Your progress is saved as you go.

You can take the other tracks later: find them in the catalog.

Each course you finish adds its skills to your profile, under Achievements → Skills: what the course taught you to do, and the level you reached. Your track also gives you its role, such as Team manager, so the same page shows the level that role asks for beside the level you hold.

4. Earn your certificate

Each track ends with a certification exam. You need 80 % to pass, and you can take it again if you need to.

When you pass:

• your certificate appears under Achievements → Certificates;
• you can download it as a PDF, or share its verify link so anyone can check it is real;
• it is valid for 12 months. About a month before it expires, we remind you and reopen the exam so you can renew it;
• the track’s skills on your profile move up a level, under Achievements → Skills.

If you later join a company that uses EmbayLMS

When you open Embay Academy from your company’s platform with the same email address, both lead to the same Academy account, so your progress and certificates stay together.

If we can’t confirm right away that the email is yours, we ask you first:

1. We send you an email that names the company and gives its EmbayLMS address, for example acme.embaylms.com.
2. Open it and select its button. A page asks whether to link your Embay Academy account to that company.
3. Choose Yes, link my account.

Nothing is linked until you choose Yes. If you do not know the company, choose No, don’t link, or ignore the email.

Check the address as well as the name: a company picks its own name, but not its address.

Choosing Yes signs your account out on your other devices within a few minutes. Sign in again there if you need to.
