Learner HelpTrack Your Progress

How to Track Your Learning Progress

This article shows you how to check what you need to complete, see how far along you are, and find out when things are due.

The My Learning Dashboard

The My Learning dashboard is your home for tracking all your training. To get there:

  1. Sign in to your portal.
  2. Click My learning in the left menu, or click the home icon.

You will see all the courses and programs assigned to you, organized into sections.

Inside a Course

When you open a course, the panel on the left lists every module with a progress bar for the whole course at the top. A check mark appears beside each module you’ve finished.

Modules complete in different ways:

  • Videos and audio complete once you’ve watched/listened to most of it.
  • Documents, pages, and embedded content complete once you’ve opened them.
  • Quizzes complete when you reach the passing score.
  • Live sessions complete when your instructor marks you present.

If a module shows a Mark complete button, you can finish it yourself by clicking it. A course is finished — and your certificate is issued — once every required module is complete. Click the arrow beside a module to read its description.

Understanding Your Progress

Each course tile shows a progress bar at the bottom.

What you seeWhat it means
Empty bar (grey)You have not started yet
Partially filled barYou are in progress
Full bar (green)You have completed the course

Click any course tile to open it and see a detailed breakdown - which modules you have finished and which ones are left.

Checking Due Dates

Courses with a deadline show a due date below the course title.

  • Green date - due more than 7 days from now. You are on track.
  • Orange date - due within the next 7 days. Time to get started or finish up.
  • Red date - the due date has passed. This course is overdue.

To see all your upcoming due dates in one place:

  1. Go to My learning.
  2. Click Filter > Due soon to show only courses due in the next 30 days.

Completed vs. In-Progress View

By default, My Learning shows all your active courses. To switch views:

  • Click Completed to see courses you have already finished (including certificates).
  • Click In progress to see only courses you have started but not finished.
  • Click Not started to see courses assigned to you that you have not opened yet.

Learning Paths

If you are enrolled in a learning path (a set of courses in a specific order), you will see a learning path card on your dashboard. Click it to see:

  • Which courses are in the path
  • Which ones you have completed
  • Which one to do next
  • The overall percentage complete for the full path
